Schedule of Practices

 

We highly encourage our members to come out to as many practices that fit within their schedule. Attending at least 2 or 3 practices each week is a good start for beginners and enough to complete a short distance triathlon, also known as a sprint triathlon. 

Our team also has a GroupMe chat, an app kind of like messenger, that will allow our teammates to directly communicate with each other. The name of the group is LBSU Triathlon 18'-19'. We often use the app to give updates on practices including ones that will be cancelled. 

Lastly, we have two experienced swim coaches that will help you improve or even teach you how to swim properly. If you do not have a bike you have the option of using the bikes in the rec center. Below are our scheduled practice times for the 2019 Spring semester.

Tuesdays/Thursdays
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
with Running Club
Location: Walter Pyramid
*We will warm up and start our runs no later than 7:15
